BOO DECOR Interior delivers to all provinces and cities throughout Vietnam. The delivery policy of BOO DECOR Interior is as follows:

1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION:

All customers who purchase BOO DECOR Interior products on the website boodecor.com and wish to have goods delivered directly to their home.

2. APPLICABLE METHODS:

For customers in inner Ho Chi Minh City, BOO DECOR Interior provides free shipping and installation.

Apart from the free delivery case above, all other cases will be charged a delivery fee according to the rate table of a third-party carrier or the rate table of BOO DECOR Interior. This cost will be notified to and confirmed with you by BOO DECOR Interior before you make payment and before BOO DECOR Interior ships the goods.

3. DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time is 1-7 days depending on the shipping distance.

In some objective cases, BOO DECOR Interior may deliver late due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the way, or problems during dispatch.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPED GOODS:

The shipping service designated by BOO DECOR Interior is responsible for the goods and for risks such as loss or damage of the goods throughout the shipment from BOO DECOR Interior to you.

You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If you find goods that are damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department via the BOO DECOR Interior hotline.

After you have signed for the goods without noting or raising any comments about them, BOO DECOR Interior is not responsible for any later requests for exchange or return due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, incorrect goods, etc.

If the shipping service is designated and chosen by you, you will be responsible for the goods and for risks such as loss or damage of the goods throughout the shipment from BOO DECOR Interior to you. The customer will bear the shipping fees and related losses.
