By providing BOO Décor with the Customer's personal information and by using boodecor.vn, the Customer agrees that their personal information will be collected and used as set out in this Policy. If the Customer does not agree with this Policy, the Customer should stop providing BOO Décor with any personal information and/or exercise the rights set out in Section 7 below.

BOO Décor reserves the right to amend and supplement this Policy at any time in order to improve it. BOO Décor encourages Customers to review this Personal Information Privacy Policy regularly to get the latest updates and to know and exercise their right to manage their personal information.

2. Purposes of collection

BOO Décor only collects personal information necessary for the following purposes:

  • Orders: to handle matters related to the Customer's orders;
  • Account maintenance: to create and maintain the Customer's account with BOO Décor, including loyalty programs or reward programs attached to the Customer's account;
  • Consumer Services and Customer Care Services: including responses to the Customer's requests, complaints and feedback;
  • Personalization: BOO Décor may combine the data collected to get a more complete view of consumers, which allows BOO Décor to serve you better with stronger personalization in aspects including but not limited to:

 (i) to improve and personalize the Customer's experience on spacet.vn

 (ii) to improve utilities and services, adjust them to individual needs and arrive at new service ideas

 (iii) to serve the Customer with recommendations and advertisements tailored to the Customer's interests.

  • Security: to prevent activities that damage the Customer's user account or that impersonate the Customer.
  • As required by law: depending on legal regulations from time to time, BOO Décor may collect, store and provide information at the request of competent state authorities.

3. Scope of collection

BOO Décor collects the Customer's personal information when:

  • The Customer provides it directly to BOO Décor.

This is personal information the Customer provides to BOO Décor, mainly on spacet.vn, including: full name, email address, phone number, address, and account login information, including any information needed to set up an account such as username, nickname, login ID/address and security questions/answers.

  • The Customer interacts with BOO Décor.

BOO Décor uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect certain information when the Customer interacts on boodecor.vn

  • From other lawful sources.

BOO Décor may collect personal information from other lawful sources.

4. Retention period

The Customer's personal information will be stored until the customer requests deletion or logs in and deletes it themselves. In all cases, the Customer's personal information will be kept confidential on the servers of boodecor.vn.

5. No sharing of the Customer's personal information

BOO Décor will not provide the Customer's personal information to any Third Party, except for the necessary activities below:

  • Partners who provide services/goods to BOO Décor in connection with order fulfillment, limited to the necessary scope of information and subject to rules ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal information.
  • BOO Décor may use services from a Third Party service provider to carry out certain activities related to boodecor.vn, and that Third Party may then access or process personal information in the course of providing those services. BOO Décor requires these Third Parties to comply with all relevant personal data protection laws and security requirements relating to personal information.
  • Affiliated, co-operated or outsourced programs for the purposes stated in Section 2, always subject to personal information security requirements.

  • Ensuring safety in the operating environment: BOO Décor stores the Customer's personal information in a secure operating environment accessible only by employees, representatives and service providers on a need-to-know basis. BOO Décor follows industry standards and the law in protecting the Customer's personal information.
  • In case the servers storing information are attacked by hackers, resulting in loss of the Customer's personal data, BOO Décor will be responsible for notifying the authorities for timely investigation and handling, and for informing the Customer.
  • Payment information: protected in accordance with industry standards.

7. Customer's rights regarding personal information

The Customer has the right to provide personal information to BOO Décor and may change that decision at any time.

The Customer has the right to check, update, adjust and/or (in some cases) delete their personal information by asking BOO Décor to do so, specifically:

  • The Customer calls the hotline 0963.350.560; after the call center staff verify the personal information using their procedures, BOO Décor's call center staff will help edit or delete it on behalf of the user;
  • Leave a comment or send feedback directly from the website www.boodecor.vn; the administrator will check the information and contact the user again to confirm it once more. Then, the administrator will edit or delete the information for the user.
