Warranty and Quality Commitment
I. Warranty conditions
A product is covered by warranty if it meets all of the following conditions:
- The product has a technical defect arising from the Manufacturer's production process.
- Still within the warranty period (on the warranty card or in the electronic warranty system)
- Has an electronic invoice or order code
- For household electrical products, the Manufacturer's warranty card/stamp (and security seal) of the Manufacturer (depending on the brand) on the product is intact.
- Other cases depend on the Manufacturer's policy.
Cases not covered by warranty or subject to warranty fees:
- Violating one of the warranty conditions in section I.
- Invalid serial number or product model (not matching the information on the Warranty Card or in the electronic warranty system)
- The Customer arbitrarily interferes with or repairs the product, or has it repaired at warranty centers not authorized by the Brand.
- The product is damaged due to user error, or the defect falls outside the scope of the manufacturer's warranty.
II. Warranty period
The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase or the date the product is received, depending on each product and each Manufacturer.
For electronically warranted products, the warranty period is counted from the time the electronic warranty is activated.
